Hearing aid left in United Club Lounge Concorse C Terminal 1 value over $1000.00 at least. Waiting for flight UA907 for Frankfurt Gemany. Arrived at lounge approximately 5pm on Dec. 9, 2015 and left approx. 9:15pm for my flight. I am a Premier Gold Member. I will be returning to Chicago O'HARA airport on Thurs. Dec. 17th at 3:05 from Munich (MUC). I will check the lounge. If found, please keep the hearing aid in a secure place where desk official will be able to find it. Thank you Dr. Shirish A. Shah
