I've lost my Iphone 6s Gold on saturday night in the terminal 4 at JFK. I was taking the flight VS5401 to London Heathrow at 20:30.
A flight assistant came to me when we were still on the plane and told me that someone found my phone and gave it to a counter in Virgin Atlantic. Can you please tell me the procedure to get it back?
