PLEASE HELP ME. Good morning, On 29 May 2017 I opened a "Missing File" at Dusseldorf airport for my suitcase. My original trip was NEW YORK-DUSSELDORF-BILLUND FROM NYC JFK (T8) ON SUNDAY 05/28/2017 WITH AIR BERLIN N. FLIGHT AB7481. Once in Dusseldorf we decided to stop our trip and go back to Italy. I requested my suitcase at the office of LOST & FOUND in Dusseldorf and they told me that my suitcase hadn't be start from NYC JFK (terminal 8) yet. They give me a reference number to track my baggage online but the website it doesn't work or there's not something new about my suitcase.
