I lost my black iPhone 5s, it is in a hard lime green otter iPhone case, the outer case shell is gray and it is rubber and it says otter on it. The rubber gray shell wraps around the back of the phone and along the edges of the lime green hard case. On Monday March 26th, 2018, I was departing from Gate 12 on flight 2002 from JFK airport at 10:30pm and when I arrived in Buffalo Niagara international airport, I called my cell phone and the gate 12 attendant at JFK answered my phone and said she would take it to the baggage claim service office at JFK. On Tuesday, I filed a lost item report on the Jet blue web site and I then called the Jet blue main number and they connected me to the baggage service office and I spoke with a women who looked up my report number ID 1388579 and said to hold the phone and she would go look for it. After a few minutes she returned to the phone and said that she had an an iPhone that matched my description, she then asked another person in the office how it would be shipped to me. She got back on the phone and she said that Jet Blue would be sending it out fed ex to me through their delivery service and not through my own fed ex account. I called Jet Blue 3/30/18 at 11:00am to find out if it was shipped and how to track it and the woman who answered in baggage claim office and there was no found report completed. She does not know why because if someone had it in their hand it should have been filled out and sent out by now.
