A scarlet plastic tag with name Svetlana Denisova and phone number and address is attached on the side handle. A bag was supposed to arrive by flight SU123 from JFK to Sheremetyevo (Moscow) on June 2, 2019. But the luggage did not arrive. On June 4, I was informed that the bag had gone to Manila Ninoy Aquino International Airport. On June 4, the luggage had to be redirected back to JFK by flight PR126. And then from JFK to Sheremetyevo by flight SU101. But the luggage did not arrive in Moscow. Services of Sheremetyevo Airport claim that it is still in the JFK airport.
