Hi, One of the wheelchair team dropped my mom to the Delta Gate B22 on Saturday August 24 to take the flight to Santiago, Dominican Republic. Mine 12 years old son Brian, placed his bookbag on a chair before walking my 78 years old mom to the lady’s room. At that very moment, I realized Delta change the gate from B22 to B38. when Mom came back to the area, we picked the luggage and run to the next gate not realizing we left Brian back pack behind. The back pack containing his Hunger Games book and the Nintendo Switch console. I called Delta to report the lost item. The color of the bag pack is light grey with stripes.
