Lost Item No.: 1064485 - Chicago O'Hare International Airport, Illinois, US

On dec 7th took a baby to change and left my brown bag unattended. Came out 10 mins later aND bag was gone. There was no tag but on the side pocket there was a small notebook with my phone number 907 2408100. Last pages filled with Internet passwords and phone numbers. Left it at c gates. United airlines. Chicago. Also had clothes contact lenses and vitamins in a zip log bag. Swim googles. Black Adidas shoes. Please help me to find it
