I checked a bag in from San Francisco airport I was flying to LA and my bag never got checked in LA. It's a big blue bag with a black strap around it. My name tag is wrapped around the handle of the bag. We are on our honeymoon and have no clothes. We need the bag. Our vacation is ruined and your customer service sucks. Both American Airlines, Tahiti airlines, and the LAX airport isn't cooperating. I need my bag asap we can't keep buying clothes from here it's too expensive and our vacations is almost half way over. please find out bags asap and bring it to us.
