hello, my parents were flying form Yerevan-Moscow-New York-San Francisco. On Apr 20, in Jfk-New York they were supposed to transfer from Aeroflot-Russian Airlines 100 to Delta 448.from Aeroflot flight they did not get the baggage which was wrapped in blue. then they transferred to San Francisco flight.
