To whom it may concern, We flew last Friday (30.6) on AB7451. Upon arrival our car seat was missing. We filed a complaint with the baggage service at DUS but no one has contacted us via email or phone since. Every time I try the number it is either busy or no one picks up. The reference is DUSAB76328 Please understand that without our car seat, we cannot travel, and it has now been 5 days without hearing anything from Air Berlin.
