On the 20th Feb 2022 my mum Orpha Nyanchama Abobo was traveling from Charlotte to NY, JFK Airport.her Point of origin was DFW Airpor. This was her connection flight.She waited for her bag at the baggage area but could not find it. She had to leave so as not to miss a flight to Kenya which was her final destination. She had boarded American Airlines flight 0493 from Charlotte to JFK. Bag tag no is 6001298250. I checked online on the AA site and it shows it arrived
