Lost Item No.: 1158312 - John F Kennedy International Airport, New York, US

Good afternoon, I have contacted several different websites and spoke with several different people regarding my 20" champagne colored Tolino carry on luggage. It was never received when I landed at JFK on May 5, 2024 from ITA Airways flight AZ610 from Rome. My flight originated from Genoa Italy, on May 5, 2024, flight AZ1384. Somewhere between when I boarded the plane in Genoa Italy and when I landed at JFK, ITA Airways misplaced my luggage. Unfortunately, I had yet another flight with Jet Blue to catch from JFK to Tampa Florida, and only had 45 mins to get through customs, collect my luggage and go thorough security again. Due to the time restraint, I was not able to complete a Lost Baggage Claim at JFK, and was told I could do so once I arrived in Tampa Florida. Unfortunately, that was not the case according to baggage claim in Tampa Florida, who said I had to contact JFK. It has been 4 days of trying to find someone to help me find the right contact person/department and I still have not had any success. Your help would be greatly appreciated, if only to direct me to the right person/department. Thank you!
