Macbook Pro laptop (serial #C02SN02XH03T) on the back of the seat 29B facing my seat 30B on Wednesday May 15, 2019. It is a 15" Apple Macbook Pro, in a navy blue, nylon wrapped, neoprene case. It has a faded white sticker on the bottom of the computer. Delta Airlines Flight DL1236 5/15/2019 from SAN to JFK 6:50-9:49AM It is my work computer and is THE MOST IMPORTANT PIECE OF EQUIPTMENT in my office. I have already filed a claim with Delta Airlines, but have heard nothing from them. After speaking with them today, they informed me your department is in charge of left items on planes.
